This course offers a capstone for knowledge acquired from another courses taught during the study in the college. The course provides the student with the essential capabilities and skills to do his project. This project can comprise either practical or theoretical approach to deal with certain task to find possible suitable ways for executing it. This includes analysis, planning, cost analysis, scheduling and execution of the project. The project may include one of the following options:
1- Construct a model of HVAC&R project or any components.
2- Develop a computer program or using available software for simulation and / or operation, analysis and selection of A/C and refrigeration components or systems (pipe sizing, duct sizing, pumps and/or fan selection, load calculations, etc.).
